Location Feature – Rorrington Hill

Greetings from Owen Law! Apologies for the delay with the latest post – I've had a little break with some other commitments and a bit of well deserved leave! Anyway, back to business. Here's a final location feature on Rorrington. This time its a 360 degree panoramic view from Rorrington Hill (next to Rorrington Hillfort). For once, there's no talking from me (because it was too windy!) Instead, I've added some annotations of prominent landmarks in the area for interest.

There is Countryside Right of Way access to the hill via the Rorrington Trail which is very easy (this was good for me, seeing as I'm still suffering from the illness on and off. I reckon country air certainly helps with recovery!) If you decide to visit if you're in the area, always remember the country code!

Until the next post and a set of new location features!

About Owen Law

My pen-name is ‘Owen Law’ (real name: Nicholas Davies.) I’m a science fiction writer specialising in dystopian/apocalyptic visions of the future. I’m from Shropshire, England (on the borders with Wales) and I’m in my forties. I have a background in public services and training. I’ve been working on my first novel, Dragon Line, since 2008. I’ve also written several short stories, one of which you can find on this blog (‘Matilda Leviathan‘). I now reside on the border of Shropshire and Wales, and my interests include writing (of course!), current affairs and environmental issues.
